ASSEMBLY
Installing the batteries (Fig. B)
Warning! Use AA size batteries only. Use alkaline
batteries only.

Turn counterclockwise the base (7) and remove.
f
Take the battery holder out.
f
Insert three new alkaline AA batteries (9), make sure
to match the (+) positive and the (-) negative terminals
correctly.
f
Put the battery holder into the main body, please make
the concave part align with the convex part.
f
Attach the base, and turn the base clockwise.
USE
Using the hook (Fig. C)
f
The hook (1) may be used to store or suspend the light
bar. The hook rotates so that the light bar (2) can be
set to any position. Make sure that the hook is secure
around the supporting object.
Operating the 360 light bar
f
Press the on/off button (3) once for torch (spot mode,
7 White LED light).
f
Press the on/off button (3) again to illuminate area
light (lantern mode, 25 White LED light).
f
To turn the unit off, press the on/off button (3) again.
Operating the Hazard light
f
Press Alarm Switch (4) once for torch (3 red light
blinking).
f
To turn the unit off ,press Alarm Switch (4) again.
f
To make alarm function ,long press alarm Switch (4)
(about 3 seconds) ,then buzzer sounds and 3 red light
blinking.

To turn the unit off, press Alarm Switch (4) again.
Using the Emergency escape hammer
f
Remove the hammer protection cap (5).
f
Please do attach hammer protective cap (6) after use.
Warning! please do not use on a non-emergency
escape and rescue purposes.
It can not be used for laminated glass, such as a front
glass rear window.
The tip of the hammer because it is sharp, please attach
the always protective cap when not in use. please keep the
unit out of reach of children. There is a risk of injury with a
hammer part.
Please protect your hands and face with a towel and the
like when breaking the window.
MAINTENANCE
Your BLACK+DECKER tool has been designed to operate
over a long period of time with a minimum of maintenance.
Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper
tool care and regular cleaning.
Warning! Before performing any maintenance or
cleaning of the tool, unplug the unit from the power supply.

From time to time wipe the tool with a damp cloth.
Do not use any abrasive or solvent-based cleaner. Do
not immerse the tool in water.
PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT
Separate collection. This product must not be
disposed of with normal household waste.
Should you find one day that your
BLACK+DECKER product needs replacement, or
if it is of no further use to you, do not dispose of it
with household waste. Make this product available
for separate collection.
Separate collection of used products and packaging
allows materials to be recycled and used again.
Re-use of recycled materials helps prevent
environmental pollution and reduces the demand
for raw materials. Local regulations may provide for
separate collection of electrical products from the
household, at municipal waste sites or by the
retailer when you purchase a new product.
At the end of their useful life, discard batteries with
due care for our environment. Remove the batteries as
described above.

Place the batteries in suitable packaging to ensure
that the terminals cannot be short-circuited.
Take the batteries to a local recycling station.
