Assembly Instructions
Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly.
Once the grill is fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using
the screwdriver provided if necessary.
Estimated Assembly Time: 40 minutes.
Step 1 (Assemble cart panels with cart frame)
a) Push the cart front frame (C) and cart right side panel (D)
together and connect well, then push the cart back panel
(A) and cart right side panel (D) and connect well. Make
certain the connections are secure.
b) Align the holes on the cart front frame (C) with the holes on
cart right side panel (D). Insert one M6x15 bolt (BBB) with
one M6 spring washer (EEE) and one M6 flat washer
(DDD) into each pre-drilled hole. Tighten bolts by hand until
secure.
c) Repeat the procedure for the cart right side panel and the
cart back panel assembly.
d) Repeat the procedure for the cart left side panel (B)
assembly.
e) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
Step 2 (Mount casters)
a) Align the holes on the left front rigid caster (K) with the holes
on the left side of cart front frame (C) as shown.
b) Insert one M6x10 flat bolt (AAA) through the pre-drilled holes
on the front, then screw one M6 flat washer (DDD), one M6
spring washer (EEE) and one M6 nut (JJJ) on the flat bolts.
c) Insert one M6x15 bolt (BBB) with one M6 spring washer (EEE)
and one M6 flat washer (DDD) into each pre-drilled holes at
the back. Tighten bolts by hand until secure.
d) Align the holes on the left back rigid caster (K) with the holes
on the left side of the cart back panel (A) as shown.
e) Insert one M6x15 bolt (BBB) with one M6 spring washer (EEE)
and one M6 flat washer (DDD) into each pre-drilled holes.
Tighten bolts by hand until secure.
f)
Repeat the procedures on the swivel casters (H) with the cart
assembly.
g) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
Step 3 (Assemble cart bottom panel)
a) Place the cart bottom panel (E) onto the cart bottom
frame as shown, make certain the two ears of the
bottom panel are under the bottom frame.
