6 Mount the monitor on the bracket by using the upper hooks and pivoting it till blocking the monitor by
the automatic fi xing hook . In order to take it off from the bracket, press the hook as shown in the picture

) and make the reverse movement.

Apartment extension code
Set a number between 0 and 3 as shown in the picture and according to the following instructions:
♦
if there is an only monitor in the apartment, the extension code should be set as 0;
♦
in apartments, it is possible to connect till 4 monitors in parallel, all of them with the same user code, but
with different extensions codes
The extension code identifi es the single indoor stations of the same user. This enables to do intercommunicating
calls addressed to the single extension in the same apartment.

In case of intercommunicating calls to different fl ats, in case of calls coming from outdoor sets and in case of
call at fl oor, all the user monitors always ring. It is also necessary to consider the following information:
♦
0 and 1 extensions, at call reception, ring immediately; 2 and 3 extensions ring following;
♦
if the case of a call comes from a videophone outdoor station, the monitor whose bracket is set as 0
extension, turns on; monitors connected to the other brackets set with the same user address, but with
other extensions, are able to turn on entering the 0 extension monitor, by pressing the “_” button (“video
transfer” function); the transfer is the cause of the power down of the monitor, which was previously turn
on.

AV1423/011 Bfast brackets, are produced with the following confi gurations:

MONITOR INTERCOMMUNICATING FUNCTION
ALL THE PROGRAMMING OPERATIONS can be done only when the system is properly installed, wired and
powered
In the B-Fast system it is possible to set “

” e “
B
” monitors buttons to have the intercommunicating call
function.
A button can be set to call another system user or to call a monitor of the same user, but set as another
extension. In the fi rst case, all monitors of the user called ring, in the second case only the monitor of the
extension specifi ed during the programming, rings.
