Maintenance: Belt Replacement

To return the Belt Access Door, line
it up with the slots in the machine.
The door will slide into place and
snap shut.
Pictured here is the
Pump Belt. If broken,
gently remove the belt.
To re-install a new
Pump Belt, loop one
end of the new belt
around the red pump
pulley and then stretch
it to the silver motor
shaft.

With machine unplugged insert a
Flat Head Screwdriver to remove
the belt access door.(There is a slot
at the end of the door.) Pull the Belt
Access Door up and out.
Brush Belt

Turn the machine to
lay on its side so the
belt access area is
facing upward. Use a
Philips screwdriver to
remove the screws on
the arms that hold the
brush in place. If the
Brush Belt is broken,
gently remove the
belt. To re-install a new
belt, first place the belt
around the pulley and
then stretch it to wrap
around the brush gear.

soit orientée v ers le haut.
À l’aide d’un t ournevis
cruciforme , retir ez les
vis qui se trouv ent sur
les brides qui retiennent
la bros se en place. Si la
courr oie de la bros se
est r ompue, r etirez-
la délicatement. P our
réins taller une nouvelle
courr oie, plac ez d'abor d
la courr oie autour de la
poulie, puis étir ez-la pour
enrouler l’ autre e xtrémit é
autour de la r oue.
