OPERATION GUIDE
4.1. Attempting to operation
Before attempting to operation remove the preservative from spacer surfaces and
assemble driving handle 41 (Fig. 4), which is packed separately, with driving ring 8.
Screw handle in threaded opening in driving ring 8 and secure it with lock nut 42
(as shown in Fig. 4).

4.2. Basic indexing
Indexing of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24 divisions can be carried out by means of catch
device.
Number of divisions is set up with set-up ring 5 (Fig. 5). There is a scale graduated
from 0° to 360° with ciphers corresponding to number of divisions. Divisions in 2 and 4 are
marked together as “4/2”.
4.2.1. Preparations (Fig. 5)
To perform the indexing in 6 divisions, for example, do as follows:
a) Turn the clamping handle 12 to loosen sleeve 2, e.g. sleeve 2 and chuck 46 could be then
rotated,
b) Shift driving handle 41 in “A” position, as shown in Fig. 5, (in this position click
pin 17 (refer to Fig. 14; Fig. 15) should engage the notch in dividing plate 7 (Fig. 14;
Fig. 15)),
c) With hex key 49 loosen screw 36 in set-up ring 5,
