Advice for Use and Care

• Avoid using the floor scale when wet. 
•  Avoid keeping the unit in an extremely high or low temperature environment.
• Handle with care; avoid excessive impact or vibrations to the unit.
•  Do not step on scale edge.
•  Do not place scale on uneven surfaces.
•  Clean both units with a damp cloth and avoid water from getting inside 

scale.

•  Remove batteries from floor scale and remote unit if not being used for long 

periods of time.

•  Store scale in horizontal position.
•  Do not use the scale under electromagnetic interference conditions

NOTE:

 This product will NOT work, giving you an 

ERR

 message, as the 

following factors can cause an increase in the body’s electrical 
resistance: 

•  If body fat percentage is less than 3% or more than 50%
•  If you are dehydrated and have dry, or cracked feet
•  If you have thick sebum on feet

5 Year Warranty

If this product proves to be defective in material or workmanship within five 
years of purchase, please return it to the address below. It will either be 
repaired or replaced without charge upon receipt of the unit, along with 
a small fee of $5.00 to cover the cost of handling, packaging and return 
postage. Please include proof of purchase, your full name, address, daytime 
phone number or email address.
