Preparation
Prepare buffer, size marker mix, and sample mix. After preparation, allocate them at
the corresponding position.

*Size marker mix can be reused within a week. Please store size marker mix at 4

Click “Open Sample Door” and put the sample tray into
Qsep

-Lite.
*Push the sample tray to the end.
2.
Click “Park” to close the sample door.
