3.4 Cartridge Calibration
In order to ensure the quality of the new cartridge, HV check and
calibration is required before the initial use.
1.
Prepare buffer and alignment marker or quantitative marker.
*S/P/C/M well can only place 0.2ml PCR tube
2.
Click “Open Sample Door” and put the sample tray into
Qsep
1
-Lite.
*Push the sample tray to the end.
