Assign or modify reagents
Only Administrative users can assign or modify Reagents in the Reagents Manager.
Example Setup
To better illustrate how to setup and perform a run, an example scenario is provided. You may use this tool as a
quick-start procedure to familiarize yourself with the workflow process. See product datasheet for protocol details.
• Pre-Treatment:
Reveal
• Block:
Peroxidazed 1 (Cat. No. PX968) for 5 min
• Antibody:
Ki-67 (M) (Cat. No. IP375)
• Detection:
MACH 3 Mouse AP Polymer Detection (Cat. No. M3M532)
• Secondary:
MACH 3 Mouse Probe (MP530) for 10 min
• Tertiary:
MACH 3 Mouse AP-Polymer (MAP532) for 10 min
• Chromogen:
iP Warp Red (Cat. No. IPK5024) for 7 min
• CounterStain:
iP FLX Hematoxylin (Cat. No. IPCS5006) for 5 min

From the
Module Selection
menu select
Reagent Manager
Module. Press
Execute
to proceed.

Go through each
Reagent Group
and set up the appropriate reagents and conditions.
2a. Pre-Treatment Group
• Select
Pre-Treatment
from Reagent Group at the left side of the screen.
• Select
Reveal
as your pre-treatment reagent.
Note: If you would like to add a new pre-treatment reagent not in the list, first select a
Sub Group
(Antigen
Retrieval or Enzyme), then select the
Add
button.
