6.7.5 Negative and Positive Control

Click the name of the sample to be edited under the task list (for example, 457 is the
task to be edited) and click "457". There are four operation options in the upper right
of the editing interface
, select Negative and
Positive Control and click [Add] in the action management bar to edit the negative
and positive control. After editing, click save to save the action.
(You can control the sequence of current steps by controlling "Up and Down" under
"Action Management" on the right)
Note
Liquid parameters: The liquid model is an accurate sample addition, and the
liquid model parameters are recorded and saved in advance (according to the tip
specifications used).
Tip type: For pipetting, there are three tips: 50ul, 200ul and 1000ul. Select the
head of the pipette according to the pipetting parameters (note: confirm whether
the head of the head carrier is correctly placed before the test begins)
Injection position: The position where the liquid is injected.
Number: Effects as multiple holes, if set to "3", the same sample will be added to
three holes in sequence.
Add samples N times
:
The number of times a sample is added to the same liquid
(as a continuous distribution).
Injection volume: The volume of liquid added.
Test tube type:There are 5mL and 2mL reagent tube types to be chosen from,
depending on the type of reagent tube you put in.
Change TIP N times: Reused numbers of tips .
