5.3 DAV wire cutting device

With the free wire end, move the torch into the cutting area of the wire cutter so that the wire has contact
with the fixed jaws and the gas nozzle is positioned directly over the cutter

Program the positions and commands as described in the flow chart.

5.5 Mounting the milling cutter

2 Secure the milling cutter (2) by means of tools (3) .
NOTE
Inflowing compressed air sucks in the anti-spatter fluid and mixes it with the compressed air flow (Venturi
principle). Recommended waiting time: approx. 1 sec.

• Use only tools with a suitable width across flats when changing the milling cutter.
