1.2 Mechanical Safety 
 

• Before turn on the machine, be sure that the low table be fixed with the screws and washer. Never 
operates the equipment without this part properly fixed. 

 

 

 

• Use the machine only for the specific products that the equipment is designated for and never put 
the hands, fingers or objects directly in the cylinders with the equipment on. Do not handle the dough 
on the side of the low table, could cause an accident.
