ATTACHING THE MONITOR.-
Take the monitor (24), remove the four
screws (25) from the base, Fig.1,
connect the terminal (10), coming out
of the monitor (24) with the terminal
for the cable (26) coming out of the
handlebar stem (8), next plug terminal
(30) which is also sticking up from the
handlebar stem into terminal (31),
position the monitor on the handlebar
stem, making sure not to catch any of
the cables, and attach it using the four
screws (25) removed previously.

SWITCHING ON
Insert the jack (g) on the transformer
(12) into the connection hole (h) on the
main body (1) (bottom, rear of the
machine)
and
then
plug
the
transformer into a 220 V mains supply,

ELECTRONIC MONITOR
To give you greater control over your
exercise, this electronic unit provides
simultaneous read-outs of speed /
RPM, calories burnt, watts, distance,
exercise time, and pulse.
If at any time during exercise you
press the START/STOP button then
all of the unit’s functions will stop.
Pressing the START/STOP button
again will restart the machine.
MONITOR FUNCTIONS
This monitor has five keys: ENTER,
UP, DOWN, START/ STOP, MODE.
The program level you have selected
is shown simultaneously in the right
section of the display. On the left is
the Time, r.p.m./Speed, Distance,
Calories, Watts and Pulse.
The central part of the display shows
the braking position applied whilst
exercising, using two stages:
Lower stage:
Braking force
from level 1 to level 8.
During this stage of levels, braking
force can be adjusted by pressing the
UP/DOWN key, up to the level 8.
Each
stage
change
will
be
accompanied by an acoustic signal.
Upper stage:
Braking force from
level 9 to level 16.
With the monitor displaying
, you
can give the order to apply braking
force at higher levels by pressing the
UP/DOWN key, the chosen level will
then flash.
After 30 seconds in
mode, the
braking position will return to the
previously assigned value.
Each
stage
change
will
be
accompanied by an acoustic signal.
This monitor also has 1 manual
program, 6 competition programs; 4
TEST programs.
With the monitor working you can
alternate between the (RPM / calories
/ watt) and (DIST / time / pulse) by
pressing the MODE key.
You can reset of all the values back to
zero by holding the START/STOP key
down for 3 seconds and will display
the main menu screen.
