6 .-Remove the screws (83) from the
guide tubes (E) Fig.6 and position the
guide tubes as shown in Fig.6A.
7 .-Next, place the weights (50) onto
the guide tubes as shown in Fig.7,
respecting the alphabetical order, with
the letters facing the front of the
machine, beginning with the letter (L).
8 .-Next tighten the guide tube (83)
screws (E) into the main frame (A) as
shown in Fig.8.
9 .-Release the weight selector tube
(21) from the hook (60).
Once you have positioned the weights
into their accommodating supports,
raise the first weight (48) and position
the weight selector tube (21) as shown
in Fig.9.
Insert the hook with the nut and
washer into the first weight and fit it
into the selector tube (21). Once in
place, screw the nut (U) tightly Fig.9A.
FITTING THE ARM LIMIT
PLATE.-
10.- Take the nuts, washers and bolts
off the arm rotation support Fig.10.
Next, fit the plate (98) with the logo
facing outward and refit the bolts,
washers and nut,
Tighten the bolts securely.
FITTING THE TOP FOAM
COVERS.-
11.- Take the foam covers (65) and fit
them onto the two BUTTERFLY bars,
as shown in Fig.11.
Now take the handle (O), remove the
bolt and the washer Fig.11A and
screw it on to the arms (left and right).
FITTING THE BACKREST.-
12.- Take the backrest (33) and
position it against the central mast, as
shown in Fig.12.
Now use the bolts (85) and washers
(91) to secure the backrest Fig.12A.
FITTING THE SEAT
STRUCTURE.-
13.- Remove the bolt from the seat
support (L). Position it on one of the
two seat height setting holes Fig.13
and secure using the bolt removed
previously.
Fit the seat locking pin (29).
FITTING THE LEG SUPPORT.-
14.- Take the leg support (LL) and
insert it inside the seat tube Fig.14, in
the direction of the arrow.
Take the adjustment knob (31) and by
lining up the holes in the two tubes,
turn it clockwise to tighten securely.
FITTING THE SEAT.-
15.- Take the seat (34) and position it
on the seat support Fig.15.
Fit the bolts (85) with their washers
(91) and tighten securely.
FITTING THE BOTTOM FOAM
COVERS.-
16.- First take the foam covers (66)
and fit them onto the top rounded
tubes for the leg support Fig.16, then
take the end covers (44) and fit them
onto the ends of the rounded tube.
Now do the same for the bottom leg
support foam covers (67).
FITTING THE CABLE SYSTEM.-
17.- Check that the steel cables are
correctly fitted onto the pulleys.
