WARNINGS
Never use the tool in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Keep your body in well balanced position and always wear gloves to reduce the risk of crushing
caused by torque between a reaction bar and work-piece.
Unexpected tool movement due to reaction forces or breakage of inserted tool or reaction bar
may cause injuries.
Prevent long hair or loose clothing from drawing in while operating the tool. You may get the risk
of being injured if the handkerchief, necktie etc. are not kept away from the running tool.
The noise emission (sound pressure level) at the workplace may exceed the normal standard.
In this case, a quality ear protector should be used.
Unexpected direction of inserted tool movement could case a hazardous situation.
Slip / Trip / Fall is a major cause of serious injury or even death. Be aware of excess hose left on
your walking way or on the working surface and be aware of the whipping air hose too.
Excessive high air pressure and too much free rotation may speed up the wear of the tool and
may cause dangerous situation.
Continuous operation and bad working condition will injure hands. Once hand numbs or aches,
operator shall stop the tool for a while for relaxing and re-start the work after recovery. Operator
shall immediately see a doctor if such a serious symptom occurs.
Never change the inner construction and design, which may cause a danger in operation.

INSTRUCTION
1. Connect the air riveter to air source. Check the pressure of the air source before.
2. Choose a suitable rivet head. The diameter of the bore in the rivet head must be almost identical
to that of the rivet pin.
3. Insert the rivet into the rivet head of the pneumatic tool.
4. Insert the rivet into the hole in the component to be riveted.
5. Make sure that the rivet is at right angles to the material when riveting.
6. Press the trigger and release it again when the riveting tool has reached its full stroke or the rivet
pin breaks off from the rivet.
7. Push the riveting tool against the rivet if another stroke is required.
8. Repeat steps 6-7 until the rivet pin breaks off from the rivet.
9. Rivet pins are collected in the rear collecting container.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life environmentally. Recycle unwanted
materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging
should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is
