BATTERY
Before using the battery, carefully read all the instructions and warnings on the battery, the battery charger and the
product that the battery will be used for. The battery must not be incinerated, even if it is seriously damaged or
completely worn out. Risk of explosion.
Do not carry the battery in aprons, pockets, tool boxes, product packaging, extensible drawers, etc. with loose metal
objects. If the battery terminals are short-circuited, the battery may catch fire or become burned or damaged.
Always replace with a new battery when the output power of the tool starts to decrease. Batteries are damaged most
quickly by exposure to high temperatures. The greater the heat generated, the faster the battery will lose its output
power. The service life of a battery will be reduced if it becomes too hot.
Never over-discharge a battery by using the tool when its output has already started to decrease. Do not try to
discharge a tool's battery by continuing to press the power switch. Turn off the tool and recharge the battery to
ensure optimum performance when the output power of the tool starts to decrease.
Charge the battery at an ambient temperature of +10-40°C.
The tool and battery should never be stored at temperatures higher than +50°C. This is important to prevent serious
damage to the battery cells.
The battery should always be charged when the saw starts to go slower.
When the battery is not being used, it must be kept away from other metal objects such as paperclips, coins, keys,
nails, screws and other small metal objects that can form a connection between two terminals. If the battery
terminals are short-circuited, sparks, burns or fire can occur.
Charger
Before using the battery charger, carefully read all instructions and warnings on the battery charger, the battery and
the product that the battery will be used for.
The charger switches off automatically when the battery is fully charged. The charging indicator light remains on
until the charger is disconnected from the mains supply.
Only use the charger supplied with your product or an original replacement charger. Do not use any other charger.
Do not take the charger apart.
Do not use the charger if it has been damaged, left outside in the rain or snow, exposed to wet or damp conditions
or has been immersed in water.
The battery and charger become hot when charging. Place the charger on a flat, non-combustible surface, away
from flammable materials and with at least 10 cm of free space to allow for good air circulation around the charger
and the battery
The battery will need to be recharged for 3-5 hours for the tool to operate at full power. A charging indicator lights
up on the charger to show that charging is in progress.
