Complaints and warranty
Complaint
This device has left our house in flaw -
less and functional state.
Should you still have cause for com-
plaint first make sure that, using the
instructions for use, this is not an
operating or assembly error.
Before you initiate other steps, call the
BestWater customer service and seek
advice.
If the device is to be checked and /
or repaired at headquarters you will
receive a returns slip by post. When
reordering and / or in case of disas-
sembly, the images in the instructions
for use and the spare parts list will
help you.
So that we can work on your shipment
quickly, please do not forget to also
state your customer number.
Within the legal guarantee / warranty
the return transport will be free of
charge in consultation with the cus-
tomer service.
Please understand that we generally
return devices repaired owner’s cost
after
completion of payment in ad-
vance.
Guarantee
The „on site-guarantee“
(valid 30 YEARS from purchase date)
If it should turn out that parts of the
purchased molecular filter system were
produced poorly and/or faultily (except
for the replaceable filter units), then
please inform your specialist supplier.
The damageded part is checked after
sending in the device and the error
is removed. If the error should have
originated during the warranty time,
and here, the user must not have
caused the error, the user bears no
repair costs*.
Conditions
This warranty is void if the fault re-
sulted from:
- Incorrect commissioning, abuse,
wrong use or maintenance, negli-
gence, alteration of design, accidents,
disasters, fire, flood, frost and effect of
force majeure.
The warranty also expires if one of the
following conditions is not met:
1. The molecular filter system must be
connected to the cold water supply.
2. The hydraulic pressure must lie be -
tween 1.5 - 4.5 bar.
3. The water temperature has to be
between 5 °C - 35 °C.
4. The pH value must be higher than
6.5, however, lower than 9.5.
