REMEDIES/EXPLANATION
The door does not stay open
Magnetic valve out of operation
Check by pressing the pin on top of
the magnetic valve.
If the door stops, then check the resis-
tance (should be 150 ohm) for the wire
between the magnetic valve and the con-
trol unit.
Factory settings and identifi cation
Pump pressure 145-290 psi,
factory adjusted to 189 psi
Safety over pressure
relief valve, 725 psi
Factory set opening torque 13 Nm (9.6 lbf.ft),
closing torque 10 Nm (7.4 lbf.ft)
Oil fi ll screw
Magnetic valve - with ball and
spring. Leaky valve will cause
creeping close at 90°. Sticking
valve will cause door stay open.
Closing spring
factory setting
8.5 turns (of 28)
Non-return valves with
spring and ball. Leaky
valve will cause creep-
ing close at 90°.
Non-return valve with ball only. Leaky valve
will cause creeping close at 90°. Note! When
dismounting this screw - always put opera-
tor standing on its feet. Ball can be taken
out with a magnet.
Safety over pressure kick open
valve, 508 psi - with ball and spring
Reason for leakage could be dirt or
damaged seat. Remove dirt. If seat
is damaged it could be repaired by
giving the ball a punch.
