2. GUARANTEE
INTERNACO guarantees cutters from the CR family against any manufacturing defect for 1 year.
The guarantee covers the repair and replacement of defective parts following verification by our technicians.
The guarantee shall be immediately rendered null and void and INTERNACO will be compensated for any
civil liability claim filed by third parties in the event that:
 Risks originate as a result of incorrect maintenance.
 The parts used were not original parts or parts authorised by INTERNACO.
 Service and maintenance have not been conducted in accordance with operating instructions.
 Repairs have been conducted by technicians who are not authorised by INTERNACO or without a
written authorisation by INTERNACO.
 The parts of the machine have been damaged by impacts or overloads.
 The machine was been modified without prior written authorization by INTERNACO.
 The material has been used incorrectly, negligently or without observing the guidelines and the
intended use of the machine.
