= behavior of the LED is not related to the condition.
* = Off can also indicate that the Display Unit has lost communications with the
Display Interface Module, the Display Interface Module has lost SCI
communications with the Rack Interface Module, or the Display Interface
Module has lost Neuron
Communications.
