Using Office PowerPoint Remote
This gadget can only be used when you have turned on your
Joybook and logged into the system.
1. In Windows Vista, open one or more PowerPoint files that
you want to use.
2. On the Home Page screen, press or to select Office
PowerPoint Remote.
3. Press OK to launch Office PowerPoint Remote.
The Open Presentations menu appears.
4. Select the PowerPoint file that you want to use, and then
press OK to start the slide show. You can press OK to go to
the next slide easily.
5. You can press the MENU button to display the contextual
menu with a variety of options as shown below. Press or
to move to the desired option, and then press OK.
• Next: allows you to go to the next slide.
• Previous: allows you to go to the previous slide.
• Go to Slide...: displays the slides that are available in the
PowerPoint file. Press or to move to the desired
slide, and then press OK.
• End Presentation: stops the presentation.
• Back: allows you to go back to the previous view.
• Home: allows you to go back to the Home Page screen.
