Voice memo
Inserts a voice annotation to an image file.
To add a voice memo:
1. Tap
to start recording your voice.
2. Tap
again to stop. (The maximum length of a voice memo is 30 seconds.)
When you view the image later, the icon
indicates that a voice memo is attached.
Deleting files
Removes selected or all files using one of the following options:
Eraser
Removes part or all of the scribbles.
To use the eraser:
1. Tap .
2. On the touch screen, tap the location where you want to
remove the scribbles, and then drag your finger or stylus
to start removing.
Undo / Redo
Used to undo or redo your last move.
Reset
Removes all scribbles.
Save
Saves the modified file as a new file.
Discard
Discards the modified file.

Mode
Description
Off (Single)
Deletes the currently selected file.
Voice Memo
Deletes the voice memo only from the currently
selected file.
Select
Deletes files that you select (by tapping associated
thumbnails).
All
Deletes all files.
