TROUBLE SHOOTING

Should you experience any challenges with your BENNETT READ ONE,  

please check the following before sending it to a repair centre:

To reduce the risk of electric shock, turn the power switch OFF and disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet before performing 

any trouble shooting checks.

Reduced spray or no spray

1. Solution tank may be empty
2. Cleaning solution spray pipe may be disconnected

1. Check if pump switch is turned on
2. Check that pipe is connected

Reduced or no suction

1. Filters may be dirty. 
2. Dust bag may be full
3. Blockage in flexi hose or attachment. 
4. Air flow cut-off valve has tripped.   

(Wet vacuuming and deep cleaning)

5. Hose connector not securely attached to suction inlet

1. Check and clean all filters as described  

earlier in this guide

2. Check and empty dust bag as described  

earlier in this guide

3. Remove and check as described earlier in this guide
4. Check and empty dirt collection tank (6)
5. Check that both flexi hose securing clips (30)  

are clipped in properly

Visible dust escaping from your BENNETT READ ONE

3. Crack or hole in the flex hose

1. Check that all filters are clean and properly installed
2. Check and empty dusty bag
