COM Remote Transfer and VLOC Remote Transfer are momentary inputs. Momentarily depressing
the VLOC or Com Remote transfer button toggles the active and #1 standby frequencies.
Momentarily depressing the COM Remote Recall button inserts the next frequency in the Com preset
list into the #1 standby slot.
