1.6.5 Open Problem Report
At the time of this revision, the AeroNav XXX does not have any open problems that affect safety or
design assurance level of the unit.
1.7 Software and Hardware Design Assurance Levels
The AeroNav XXX contains software developed in accordance with DO-178B Level B, C, and D design
assurance levels. The following table lists functions of the AeroNav XXX system and their
corresponding software design assurance level.
All complex electronic hardware devices were developed in compliance with DO-254 Level B.
