RAS access (with or without callback) can be set up for every
Forum 525/526 user. RAS access requires the activation of the
RAS authorisation.
z
Multiple e-mail account queries can be set up for every user.
Every user with a system terminal can be automatically
informed about incoming e-mails with this function. Subject
and sender of the e-mail will be displayed. The e-mail remains
on the e-mail-server where it can be queried with a standard
e-mail programme.

Users can disconnect existing Internet connections (via the
Web console of Forum 525/526 and from a system terminal, if
this function has been configured on this terminal).
The following IP addresses are preset for the network configura-
tion:

Host Name: host
z
Domain Name: domain
z
IP address: 192.168.99.254
z
Network mask: 255.255.255.0
The following addresses are assigned to the client computers by
DHCP or PPP:

Gateway address: 192.168.99.254
z
Domain Name: domain
z
Domain Name Server: 192.168.99.254
z
PPP addresses (RAS): 192.168.100.1 to 192.168.100.11
z
DHCP addresses (LAN): 192.168.99.130 to 192.168.99.169
You can change the IP settings in the Configurator . Talk to the
system administrator responsible for the existing LA N if you wish
to do this.
