Triple Foam Connections- Optional
Triple Foam Circuit Connection Overview
This section will explain all the feeds to and from the Chemical Discharge. Some items may differ
from your site. See your site-specific prints for details.
Note:
If you have purchased the optional MixStir® Triple Foam Chemical Discharge, refer
to the MixStir® Triple Foam Option chapter in this manual and your supplied
MixStir® manual for more details and connections.
Triple Foam Manifold Connections
– Center Pod

If your machine includes triple foam, the Triple Foam Manifold is mounted directly on the carriage at the
factory.
•
To connect the manifold, run the fiel
d supplied 1/2’’ poly flow tubing for the pneumatic run and the 3/8”
poly flow tubing for the chemical/water line from the equipment room and to the pods. The lines from the
Equipment Room run through the Boom tie wraps and into the manifold. Be sure to loop the lines enough
to allow proper rotation of the Boom and a sufficient bend radius on the lines. Refer to the diagram below
to identify the connection locations. See Chapter 6 for Boom utility installation.
