Reporting
Clear The System
Press the “Arrow” key until the “Exit” screen appears and exit this area completely. Once you have exited the
area, wait a moment. The system will print out the following report.
Navigate back to the “Time” screen to confirm that the correct time and date are still in place. The current date
and time should still be in place.
It is now necessary to run the initiate the following functions:

Run Daily report
•
Run Shift Report
•
Clear Display Totals
•
Clear Shift Totals
Your system has now been properly cleared and as ready to run. If desired, you can now activate the “Auto
Report” function.
Note:
The system will clear itself at midnight daily, midnight of the last day in the week and
midnight of the last day of the month whether it is set in “Auto Repot” mode or not. The
running of these reports however will NOT clear Shift Totals.
All Totals Cleared
