Problems solving
Water is leaking from the dryer door.
Fibers may have accumulated on the gasket surfaces of
the dryer door and on the interior surfaces of the door.
>>> Clean the gasket surfaces of the dryer door and the
interior surfaces of the door.
The drying process takes a long time.
Internal and external filters can be blocked. >>> Wash
and dry the door filters in lukewarm water.
The front of the evaporator may be blocked. >>>
Clean the front of the evaporator.
The ventilation grilles in front of the machine can be
closed. >>> When there is an object preventing ventilation
in front of the ventilation grilles, remove them.
Ventilation may be insufficient since the installation area
of the machine is very small. >>> Open the door and the
windows so that the temperature in the room does not
rise too much.
A layer of lime may have formed on the humidity
sensor. >>> Clean the humidity sensor.
Excessive laundry may have been loaded >>> Do not
overload the dryer. The laundry may not have been spun
sufficiently. >>> Spin at a higher speed in the washing
machine.
The dryer door opens automatically.
The dryer door may not have been closed completely.
>>> Push the door until you hear the closing sound.
The water tank warning symbol is on / flashing.
The water tank may be full. >>> Empty the water tank.
The water drain hose may be kinked. >>> If the product is
connected directly to the water drain, check the water
drain hose.
The light in the dryer does not come on. (lamp models)
The linens are damp at the end of drying.
The dryer may not be switched on with the On / Off
button. >>> Check that the dryer is in the on position.
The bulb may be faulty. >>> Contact the Authorized Service
for the replacement of the lamp.
The program may not be compatible depending on the
type of laundry. >>> Select a program suitable for the type
of laundry by checking the maintenance labels on the
laundry or use the additional time programs.
The pores of the fiber filters (internal and external filter) can
be blocked. >>> Wash and dry the filters in lukewarm water.
The front of the evaporator may be blocked. >>> Clean
the front of the evaporator. Excessive laundry may have
been loaded. >>> Do not overload the dryer. The laundry
may not have been spun sufficiently. >>> Spin at a higher
speed in the washing machine.
The automatic anti-crease symbol lights up
The automatic anti-crease program which prevents the
laundry left in the dryer from being creased can be active.
>>> Switch off the dryer and remove the laundry.
The door filter cleaning symbol is on.
Door filters may not be cleaned.
> > > Wash and dry the filters in lukewarm water. A layer
may be formed to cause clogging of the pores of the
door filters >>> Wash and dry the filters in lukewarm
water. The door filters may not be inserted in their
places. >>> Install the internal and external filters in
their places.
“A layer that could clog the pores of the fiber filters

Fiber filters cannot be installed in their housing. >>> Insert
the inner and outer filters in their places.
The eco-filter cloth may not be installed on the plastic part
and the front of the condenser may be clogged.>>>Install
the eco-filter on the plastic part and put it on the filter
case. The eco filter may not have been replaced although
the
warning symbol is illuminated. “Replace your filter”.
The dryer does not switch on or the program cannot be
started. The dryer does not start when adjusted.
The power plug may not be plugged in. >>> Make sure
the power plug is plugged in. The dryer door. >>> Make
sure the dryer door is closed properly.
The program may not be set or the Start / Standby /
Cancel button may not have been pressed. >>> Make sure
the program is set and not in Standby.
The child lock can be active. >>> Disable child lock.
The program was interrupted for no reason.
The dryer door may not have been closed completely. >>>
Make sure the dryer door is closed properly.
A power failure may have occurred. >>> To start the
program, press the Start/Hold/Cancel button.
The water tank may be full. >>> Empty the water tank.
Linens are pulled or damaged.
A suitable program for the type of laundry may not be
used. >>> Select a program suitable for the type of
laundry by checking the labels on the clothes.
