09 - Assembly and start-up
Assembly and start-up of the BEKAONE120 may be done only by qualified technical personnel
with the necessary knowledge.
Take all necessary measures for assembling a complete machine from the BEKAONE120
and other components in a proper and eco-friendly way, without impairment of persons‘
health and safety.
Please remember to adjust and ventilate the BEKAONE120 prior to assembling it.
Prior to assembly, prefill the lubrication point and lubrication lines or extensions with the
appropriate lubricant. You can use e.g. the hand-lever grease gun for that.
4. Screw in the BEKAONE120 hand-tight,
use an adapter, if necessary
3. Prefill the lubrication point and possibly
lubrication lines with lubricant
1. Clean the lubrication
point
2. Remove the old
fitting
5. Tighten the connection thread
at the hexagonal bolt
