General Memory Operations
Menu key “NEW”
:
Press it to start entering new appliance name.
This operation is required always after pressing
the “SAVE” menu key (if the appliance is to be
entered manually without using barcode reader).
New appliance name may be equal as already
used
one.
Menu key “MOD”
:
Press it to start modifying offered client (CLI),
site (SIT) or location (LOC) or to start entering
new description (DES). Last used CLI, SIT and LOC
are always offered automatically.

:
Delete individual character on the left of the
cursor.
Menu keys “

” : Entry of characters, “A…Z, 0…9, +, -, _, /, #,
and space” can be selected. Cursor moves
to the next character automatically approx.
2 s after selecting previous one.

Confirm the entry.
Function key “EXIT”
:
Entry will be aborted.
When entering fields for appliance, client, site, location and description,
alphanumeric characters (A…Z, 0…9), symbols (+, -, _, /, #) and space are
available.
