Intervals
Under nominal conditions, the motor components have different op-
erating hours. We have provided you with a list of maintenance work
and intervals for the associated components below:

Check drive shaft and output shaft for foreign media such as oil
and dirt

Lubrication
Notes on lubrication
Beckhoff gear units from the AG2250 series are lubricated for life.
The lubricant used does not have to be renewed.
If you wish to change the lubricant, contact Beckhoff Service.
All gearboxes are lubricated for life at the factory with a special
grease for highly loaded gearboxes:
• Klübersynth GE 14-112
Refer to the name plate for detailed information on lubrication. All
bearings are lubricated for life at the factory.
Further information on the lubricants can be obtained directly from
the manufacturer.
