Prerequisites during op-
eration
Pay attention to the following points during operation:
• Listen for atypical noises
• Check for unusual smoke formation
• Always check drive surfaces and cables for dirt, leaks, moisture
or dust
• Check temperature development
• Check for lubricant leakage
• Observe recommended maintenance intervals
• Check function of safety devices

After operation
WARNING
Place the machine or plant in a safe state
Make sure that the electric cylinder comes to a complete stop.
When the holding brake [+] is released, the spindle moves with-
out remanent torque. Rotating components can lead to serious
injuries.
