Explanation
RST RMT is the start of command message flag
3170 is the default Supervisor PIN.
‘4’ selects the tone menu, ‘1’ selects ring frequency and ‘20’ Hz is the new ring
frequency required.

Advises content of parameter before the change is effected
Multiple commands can be sent in a single SMS e.g.: RST RMT 3170 4120 64 would retrieve
the above information plus send a current phone number-processing summary.
