The Original purchaser must have the BWL Series maintained and serviced as prescribed in the
Owners Manual. The original purchaser must present to Beacon with a maintenance schedule to
show that the BWL Series has been maintained and serviced on a monthly basis in accordance
with the Beacon's Owner's Manual. The Monthly Preventative Maintenance Schedule Log must
be kept to keep Warranty active. The validated maintenance schedule must be submitted
whenever a claim is made under this Warranty.
The provisions of this warranty shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Uniform
Commercial Code and laws enacted in the State of Missouri.
