FCC Part 68 Compliance Statement
This equipment complies with Part 68 of FCC Rules. All direct connections to
telephone network lines must be made using standard plugs and jacks compliant
with FCC Part 68. Please note the following:
1. You are required to request service from the telephone company before you
connect the unit to a network. When you request service, you must provide
the telephone company with the following data:
