DRAIN HOSE

Fitting the drain hose.
Remove elbow from the drum and insert into the 
free end of the drain hose.
Install drain hose either a the siphon trap or, using 
the elbow, hang over the edge of a wash basin or 
sink (see Fig.). Small hand basins are not suitable. 

Max. drain height: 1.25 m

Use identical hose type if extension is required. 
Secure the connections with hose clamps.
Max. drain hose length 2.50 m.

Important:
drain hose must be installed without kinks and 
must be secured against dropping during 
operation.

CONNECTION TO THE MAINS

Observe local utility company regulations.

The appliance must be connected to the mains 
exclusively by means of a socket with an earth 
connection in accordance with established 
regulations. Earthing is required by law. The 
manufacturer declines all responsibility for injury to 
persons or pets, or damage to property caused by 
non-compliance.

The data concerning voltage, consumption and 
necessary fuse are supplied on the inside of the 
appliance door.

The mains connection cable may only be replaced 
by a qualified electrician.

The appliance conforms with European safety 
regulations and EC guidlines No. 93/68/EWG and 
EN 60555.

A pulse current sensitive device must be used in 
connection with this appliance if a residual current 
breaker is used, regardless of whether it is an 
existing installation or a new installation.

Do not use extension leads or multiple sockets.
