Detergents and fabric conditioners are
not fully delivered:
Please check whether:
•
The siphon device is seated correctly and is
clean (see “Care and Maintenance”/
“Detergent Dispenser”).
•
Only a small amount of water may be
delivered. The filter in the water inlet may be
dirty (see “Care and Maintenance” / “Water
Hose Mesh Filter”).
The drying programme does not start:
•
Has the domestic fuse box tripped?
•
Is the plug inserted properly into the socket?
•
Is the door closed properly?
•
Has the “ON/OFF” button been pressed?
•
Is the indicator lamp on?
•
Drying is not permitted after the “Wool” and
“Delicates” programmes, because these
fabrics are not suitable for machine drying.
•
For subsequent or separate drying: has the
washing programme selector knob been set
to the red position?
The laundry does not have the desired
degree of drying:
•
Has the laundry been sorted by fabric type
(see care labels)?
•
Has the correct drying programme or the
correct setpoint according to the load been
selected?
•
Has the tap been turned on?
•
Has the maximum load been exceeded?
•
Has the spin speed reduction button been
pressed accidentally?
•
Have cottons been washed, spun and dried
with the “Synthetics” programme?
Before contacting After-Sales Service:
1. Check if you can remedy the problem yourself
(see “Troubleshooting Guide”).
2. Restart programme to check if the problem
persists.
If the malfunction persists after the above
checks have been carried out. Call your local
After-Sales Service and specify:
•
Short description of the problem.
•
Appliance model.
•
Service code
(number after the word SERVICE).
•
Your name, address and telephone number.
