Adjust the nosebar horizontal and vertical position to match the position shown in Figure 12.

See Figure 13 for adjustment locations. The knife edge nosebar horizontal adjustment is
indicated by note flag
and the vertical adjustment is indicated by note flag

Adjust the knife edge as close to the
slats as possible without touching (1/4” to 1/2" clearance
recommended, product specific)

Verify by manually advancing the slats to ensure there is no contact between the slats and the knife
edge belt.
