LONG TERM CARE BEDS LIMITED WARRANTY
Products manufactured by Basic American Medical Products are warranted to the original purchaser
to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period listed below commencing from
the date of shipment.
■ This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from abuse, accident, negligence, misuse,
unsuitable environmental conditions, improper cleaning, or caused by unauthorized alteration,
repair, maintenance, assembly, or installation.
■ The beds should be used only for their intended purpose and maintained according to the
service manual provided with the bed.
■ Basic American’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.
■ Any repair work or replacement shall not exceed the warranty duration.
■ Basic American Medical Products will, at its option, repair or replace defective product or
parts, provided that the replacement or return has been previously authorized by Basic
American or one of its divisions under the terms of this warranty.
