6.3 Introduction
The device has been designed for preparation of the food products in closed rooms and
must be used for that purpose only. Any other use is considered incorrect and
dangerous and should be avoided.
The device must be supervised during the operation.
We recommend to heat the device before the cooking process to 30 – 40°C higher than
the required temperature.
The touchscreen display of the device allows for immediate and intuitive access to all
functions. The parameters and settings of each function are set in the following way: the
function is selected with use of display, the knob
M
is used for selecting required value,
which is then confirmed by pressing the key or knob
M
. The knob
M
allows for muting
the alarms.
After turning on the display shows the start menu, allowing for selecting the manual
cooking, recipes, or service.
The control panel is equipped with one knob
M
(
fig. 8, page 62
) used for setting and
changing the parameters of the device functions. Pressing of that knob allows to select
the function or confirm the parameter setting. Knob
M
acts on the digital coder in the
unlimited way (no rotation limiter).
The parameters controlled with use of coder are increased in the clockwise direction or
decreased in the counterclockwise direction.
The device is in
„Stand-by“
mode until the data are entered by the user.
The time of chamber illumination depends on selected setting (section
6.6.2
„Parameters“
,
page 78
). After opening the door the illumination is turned off for a short time. After closing
the door it is turned on again.
With use of
„Start/Stop“
key it is possible to start the cooking cycle or stop the ongoing
cycle. When the cooking/roasting cycle is stopped with use of
T2
key, the acoustic signal is
not emitted.
With use of the same key
T2
„Start/Stop“
it is possible to turn off the acoustic signal,
emitted at the end of the cooking cycle.
After turning the device off by longer pressing the main switch
T1
the cut-off valve is
closed.
