BLAST CHILL/SHOCK FREEZE PHASE

  Press 

the 

 button twice to select the +3ºC soft blast chill cycle and also the 

  button for the  

  +3°C 

hard 

cycle.

  Press 

the 

 button twice to select the -18ºC soft shock freeze cycle and also the 

  button for  

 

 

the -18°C hard cycle.

 

 

DISPLAY 1 indicates the total time foreseen for blast chilling/shock freeze. 

 

 

DISPLAY 2 indicates the cabinet temperature (Fig.6).
