opposite side to the side where the roller
housing Assy was knocked.

Use the installer to knock the roller housing
Assy with a wood hammer.

Make sure that the roller rotates smoothly
with no play when the roller shaft is fixed.
Install the rear roller Assy. (See "
"Installation of Rear Roller Assy" (Page
7-20) ".)
Grass catcher roller Assy
Wear of bearings due to frequent use and/or
damage of bearing etc. caused by invasion of
water may prevent smooth rotation of the roller.
Inspect and replace the parts such as the oil
seal or bearings.
Make sure that there is no abrasion or
adhesion of the roller.
Make sure that there is no abrasion or rust
of the bearing and the housing and bearing
have no play.
Danger Danger
The reel cutter (cutting cylinder), bed knife
(bottom blade), and groomer blades are all
edged tools.
Handle them carefully, since they could cut
your hands and feet.
Caution
See the list in " "Tightening torques" (Page
3-6) ".
Note that the Baroness product warranty may
not apply to defects caused by incorrect
tightening etc.
Remove the grass catcher roller Assy.
