Adjustment of brake 6-9
Carry out the clearance adjustment, if the
clearance between the brake disk and brake
pad becomes large and effectiveness of the
brake disc worsens.
Loosen the lock nut, and tighten the adjusting
nut; the clearance will become small. If
adjusted to the proper clearance, tighten the
lock nut securely. The fine adjustment can be
performed with the wire. Be sure to adjust so
that effectiveness of the brake disc on either
side becomes the same.

● It will generate heat, if the clearance is too small, and it
becomes the cause of the fire.

If effectiveness of the brake disc on either side is different, it
may lead to an unexpected accident.

- There are two proximity sensors.
It detects the raising and lowering position
of #4 and #5 mower deck, and performs
rotation and halt of the blade.
- While operating, the red LED ( 4 , 5 ) in the
relay box lights up.
Proximity sensor
1. When the differential lock valve is turned
"ON", the LED 1 , 2 , 3 light on.
2. When the blade rotation switch is set to
"ON", and while the mower deck is
lowered, the LED
4 , 5 light on.
3. When the blade rotation switch is set to
"ON", the LED 6 lights on and becomes
4WD.
4. When the 2WD-4WD changeover switch is
set to "4WD", the LED 7 lights on and
becomes 4WD.
Opening and closing the seat undercover

Raise the tilt steering column to the upper
position first, and then move the seat to the
rear end position. Pull up the lever behind the
seat to release the lock, and then raise the
seat and open the undercover. To close the
undercover, lower it slowly.

Air-bleeding from fuel 6-11
Since this machine has equipped the
automatic air bleeder, the air-bleeding
operation is unnecessary.

Always use the air-bleeding valve with the
fully open position.
If it is used in the closed position, it will
become the cause of the engine stop.
