4. REMOVING THE OLD LAMP UNIT
4.1 Extracting the lamp unit
Necessary tools
No tools.
How to remove the lamp unit ?
1. Slide the lamp unit backwards. (image 4-1)
2. Take out the lamp unit and put it on the table. (image 4-2)
3. Take the sides of the lamp connector between thumb and finger
4. Unlock the connector by pushing at the same time on both lock parts and separate the connectors. (image 4-3)

The length of the lamp power cables may differ depending on the lamp type. In case of a lamp with a shorter
cable than that shown on the images then first unplug the connector since extracting the lamp first will be
difficult due to the short cable.
