Remove the desklights (work lights), if installed.
3.
Remove the 6 screws on the front of Screen Frame and the 3 screws on the back of the Screen Frame Cover.
Then remove the Screen Frame from the Base Unit.

Tilt the touchscreen assembly forward.
Left and right touchscreen assembly cable disconnection

Disconnect the USB cables, power cable, and gray-ribbon COM cables that connect from the motherboard to
the RS-232 interface boards on the back of the touchscreen assemblies.
The RS485 (Comm) port cables may remain attached to the motherboard.

Use the appropriate Allen wrench (either 3 mm or 4 mm) to remove the brackets holding the Video Cables in
place.
3.
Remove the DisplayPort cables that go from the display to the video card, and remove the cables from the
unit.
4.
Cut the tie wraps that hold these cables to the touchscreen assembly.
