return to the default video setting of RGB. If the user selects SPLIT then the following screen will
appear:

The user then uses the UP and DOWN buttons to position the cursor to “A”,”B” or “C” to setup
that cards video input. If the user selects “A” the user can then scroll through “RGB” for RGB,
“S-VIDEO” for S-Video, “COMPOSITE” for Composite video, or “COMPONENT” for component
video. If the user scrolls to “S-VIDEO” card B will automatically change to “S-VIDEO , and
card C will change to COMPOSITE. After pressing the SELECT button, the MatrixPRO-II will
automatically be confi gured to operate in split mode. The following screen shows the fi nal result.

When the user is fi nished with input setups, pressing the SELECT button will save the new input
setup. Pressing the ESCAPE button will return to the INPUT SETUP menu. The user can then select
another input or press the ESCAPE button again to return to the main setup menu.
CABLE LENGTH (Input)
CABLE LENGTH gives the user the ability compensate for the length of cable from the source to
the MatrixPRO-II. The user will scroll down to CABLE LENGTH press SELECT. The user will
then use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the cable length from 00’to 150’ in 10 foot lengths.
When fi nished the user will press SELECT to save the setting.
NOTE: A fi nal phase adjustment of the display should be performed after cable EQ
adjustments are completed to optimize the image quality
