3.3 Correct alignment of the ILite assembly blocks
How to align assembly blocks correctly ?
For correct alignment of the assembly blocks is it important that the basic connection joint between the assembly blocks is properly
done. Such a basic connection joint consists of two aluminium profiles, one aluminium corner, two hexagon bolts and two nuts.
Necessary tools
Allen key 4 mm.
Making a basic connection joint
1. Ensure both nuts are in the correct position. 90 degrees turned compared to the aluminium profiles. (image 3-8)
2. Ensure no gap between the two profiles.(image 3-9)
3. Check if the sides of both profiles are in the same plane.(image 3-9)
4. Ensure the angle between the profiles is 90 degrees. (image 3-9)
