Cleaning housing and mechanical structure
How to clean housings and mechanical structure?
1. Power down the projector and unplug the power cord.
2. Clean with a damp cloth.
3. Remove stubborn stains with a cloth lightly dampened with a mild detergent solution.

Cleaning the projection lens
Necessary tools
Toraysee
TM
cloth (delivered together with the lens kit). Order number: R379058.
How to clean the projection lens ?
1. Blow off dust or foreign particles with clean, dry deionized air.
Tip:
If no dust or particles remain on the surface after performing this step, stop this procedure.
2. Use a clean Toraysee
TM
cloth and repeatedly wipe the lens surface in a one single direction.
If smears occur when cleaning lenses, replace the cloth by a clean one. Smears are the
fi
rst indication of a
dirty cloth.
Do not leave the cleaning cloth in either an open room or lab coat pocket, as doing so can contaminate the
cloth.
