Visual checks
If visual inspection reveals damage or abnormalities of any kind, contact your quali

sonnel. If they can not solve the issue or if they are not sure about the way to proceed, they can escalate the
issue to a Product Specialist, a Product Expert or to Barco Helpdesk (

).
Visual check of the projector housing
1. Check if all
screws, bolts and nuts
are present and tight.
Insert missing screws or bolts, add missing nuts and/or tighten loose screws, bolts or nuts.
2. Check the
housing
on damage: deformation, discoloration, cracks, granulation.

3. Check for the presence of
foreign
elements/substances.
Remove any foreign element or substance if this action does not include, nor introduce any risk. Contact quali

4. Check on moisture or leaking liquid.
